昨天很成功的跑了4K
今天竟然沒肌肉酸痛
很厲害了好不好=D
聽他們說第一次跑的新生
第一天跑完了
第二天就會超痛的

算是充實的星期六

今天 又是早早就出門了
溫了CHEM and BIO
卻沒溫ECO
果然 我還是對BIO比較有興趣
功課 一樣都沒做過

時間過得真的好快

「曖昧，讓人受盡委屈…」

「曖昧，讓人受盡委屈…」相信這應該算是大家都熟唸的一句歌詞吧。現實上，曖昧是否真的要受盡委屈？我曾經也試過墮入一段曖昧的感情，雖然不算是什麼很離譜的行為，只是一些很甜蜜的稱呼﹑對話和言語，但卻令我深深感受到楊丞琳那首曖昧的-「曖昧，讓人受盡委屈」。



他已經有深愛的人﹑他很寂寞﹑他只想需要一個人來陪件他，他究竟當我是什麼？



那個男生大概知道我很愛他吧，但他愛的卻不是我，他只想找人「攝一攝時間」。但是,女人不就是這樣嗎？女人就是喜歡被玩弄，她們喜歡跟男人享受一段曖昧的關係。當然，我也是因為愛他，才心甘情願讓他「攝一攝時間」﹑才想跟他享受一下曖昧的關係。我記得他曾經對我說過數句令我深刻的說話「假如我是傻佬，那妳應該是傻婆吧。」還有，「只要是妳找我話，我就算多累，也不捨得睡覺」雖然這幾句不算是什麼甜言蜜語，但在我心中，只要是從自己愛的人說出口，每一句說話都會是最甜蜜的。不過，曖昧令人最無奈的是，即使我跟他常見面，我不可以牽他的手﹑我不可以擁抱他，我不可以對他有親密的行為。啊！應該不是說不可以，而是我根本沒有「資格」！因為我跟他有的只是曾經「曖昧的言語」，只有我們兩個才知道的關係。



過了一段時間，他已經沒有再找我。從朋友口中得知他已經有了女朋友，也許他其實很早已經有一位女朋友吧。他只想找我放鬆一下，尋找一下新鮮感。我會怕他女友檢查她的手機，因為我怕他女友斥罵我是第三者。但是，他跟我有曖昧關係的那段時候，我根本不知他有女朋友。這不就是受了委屈嗎？



我曾經看過這裹有一篇文章說「兩個人發展成情侶之前的曖昧，有時候會是大家最回味的階段」。可是，我跟他不能發展成情侶，甚至現在遇見他，我倆都會感到尷尬。原來一段曖昧的關係，掌握得好可以成為情侶，假如掌握得不好就會像我跟他一樣，變成了陌生人。



原來曖昧比起甚麼事情更難掌握。雖然我年紀很小，談戀愛的次數也很小，戀愛的機會可能還會有很多。但是一段掌握得不好的曖昧關係，卻令我難忘，更令我深深感受什麼是「曖昧，讓人受盡委屈」。

On the aluminium chair,I break off pieces of blue paint with my fingernails.I am frozen in time, unable to move my cold hands from the frame of the seat. The black lights rest on the linoleum floor, making the whites of eyes and teeth glow like those of the Cheshire cat. People swing wildly to the rhythm of the music, banging their heads and clapping their hands.
The fast music slowly dies down, and shadows scatter off the floor to chairs surrounding the dance area.Soon, the  quiet hum of a slow song fills the dampness of the room, and people slowly walk out onto the floor once again, his time swaying and rocking gently.

The girl sitting next to me, in the whie tee and blue jeans, bites her nails as she gazes at the many couples dancing.Her permed blong hair covers her shoulders as she hunches over her lap. My eyes follow her gaze and soon come upon a mysterious figure headed my way. His tall silhouette comes into the light, and he smiles.

Nothing is more frustrating than not being able to sleep.
I can't sleep well everyday.
My mind is racing, going over everthing that happened today.
Night noises keep me awake.
How can I do?
I sleep only when I sleepy.
However it's still can't reduce the time I awake in bed.
Nothing is improve.
I always take naps.
I can't control it
Will it ensure I am tired at bedtime?
I don't know.
I think I should set a regular rhythm,
get up and go to bed the same time everyday.
I deem that I will feel better.
I don't want anything brothers me when I am sleeping.
But I know I can't sleep in a peaceful and quiet environment.
Cos I am the one in my family who sleep and wake up early.

Formally,I want mail a present for Kok Hee in the morning.
When I arrived there, I found that the Post Office was closed today.
Oh My God.
I was walked alone.
It is the first time, I was not being with my friends.
Beside that, I went to Students' Study Room to have self-study.
In the past, I have never tried go there without my friends.
I think I have become more independent now.
That's a good new for me. =)
I admit that I was always dependent on friends, teachers or family.
Now I am determinded to become independent.
Even I am fail final, but I think that's okay.
The result is not the most important.
Above all I think the experience and process is more important than the result.
The attitude can affect what you do.
If you have changed it in your mind, not only focus on your behavior, I think you will success more easily.

She is generous,kindly,pretty and YOUNG
A good teacher with a sweet-natured voice
Beside that she is so futuristic
same with us
4B students are so lucky

but it's better than teach by other HORRIBLE teacher
I love Miss K.Chan so much
Even now she is not my class teacher anymore

She is good at English
and speaks english fluently
I love her voice
She always smiles with everyone
