Make an extra effort!

YEAH!Faster than before^^
I have made progress this time=)

and today I went to Tai Lam Country Park
It's very hard for me
although I just used 22MINS to finish it
I feel very toilsome
my hand is cold but my body is hot when I was running
I need a deep breath
but I found that I can't breathe easier with a regular

I want to stop, but I know I can't
I would upset by my failure if I stop at that time
I would feel very disappointed also
I have to do my best to show my brother how great I am=P
He is very smart on Sports
I know I cant compare with him
but I can't be a loser~wakaka
at least, now I aint=)

my brother said I can run within 20MINS
today is the first time I ran
I was the first one in B grade to reach the terminal point
I have ran in 22MINS, I have done better than ordinarily practise
though it still got a distance for me to accomplish
I would try to do much more better next time=)
but my next time is academic circle contest...
so...
for all I feel hard, but I have to do my best also
hope that I can do it within 20MINS

so I have to arrange all the things well first
